I recently signed up with New Directions to obtain work as a supply LSA/SEN. They were very thorough and prompt in processing my paperwork. Throughout the process of signing up I was always kept up to date as to what stage I was at. I then had a phone call from my Account Manager who offered me a six week placement at a school. I have emailed my Account Manager on numerous occasions with questions and she always responds immediately to my questions. On the times I have spoken to her, she is always friendly and helpful. I hope to get more work through my Account Manager as I have had really good advice and help when needed.
