I have enjoyed working for New Directions and having someone like I do as my Account Manager, it is easy to contact him and discuss any queries that I have. There has been constant work in various schools which has been a great experience. Never any second thoughts when ringing my Account Manager to ask him anything and he is very understanding. It is a pleasure to speak him on the phone although I have never met him in person. Whenever attending a new school he would ring at the end of the day to see how it went.

My favourite aspect of working with new Directions is working in various schools and gaining vast experience with different abilities. I also enjoy attending courses to further my knowledge and having an understand of how to deal with certain situations.
