My relationship with my point of contact within New Directions is excellent. Communication is second to none, both phone call and text. My Account Manager has been extremely helpful during my few months with New Directions. Always there to offer help and advice when needed. Finding me suitable work for the hours I required. I was lucky enough to get a long term position straight away.
My highlight, so far, while working with New Directions has been my long term placement. New Directions found me a local part time placement in a fabulous school and I have enjoyed my time there. I look forward to many more years with New Directions.

I have worked with New Directions Education for around a year and I would recommend them for a number of different reasons. The entire ALN Team are efficient, friendly and I am treated with an informal approach makes me feel part of the team. It’s a tightly run ship and everyone works to help out. The team make me feel like a valued member of staff and I’m always treated with dignity and respect. In my experience this treatment has not always been the case when working with other agencies, but at New Directions I know I’m a priority, not just another name on the books.
I have 2 account managers as I work in Caerphilly and Merthyr. In the beginning I was a little nervous as I didn’t have confidence in my abilities to get regular work despite having plenty of experience. I had no need to worry, as both Account Managers have gotten me regular bookings, I have not been out of work once! My Account Managers have great knowledge of the areas and Schools they are working with, they’re so reassuring and have put my mind at ease at times where I’ve attended a number of day to day bookings.
My Account Managers have been the best advocates for me, and I couldn’t ask for more!

I have worked with New Directions for a year and I believe the relationship with my Account Manager is very positive. He is very pleasant on the phone and comes across as reassuring, he is very reliable and open, he has informed me when my placements have been positive and gives me constructive feedback. He keeps in regular contact and makes working with New Directions very satisfying.
The highlight of working at New Directions has been being placed in a school and being employed every working day of the week.

My relationship with my Account Manager is very good. I have not needed to have as much contact with her, as fortunately she provided me with work in a school that has been consistent from the start of the academic year (September) and we’re now in July. However, on the times that I have had contact I have always found my Account Manager honest, polite and friendly. I have felt very comfortable to share any concerns that I have with her.
The highlight has been that I have been provided with consistent work within one school of which will be continuing in to the next academic year.
On first signing with New Directions if honest I had some reservations. However, having been with them since September 2015 I am very happy to be working for the company and have recommended New Directions to others.

My Account Manager has been extremely supportive and helpful managing my placements. I am in regular contact and my emails and messages are always answered. She has been really reliable in getting me regular placements and I have not gone one week without a placement since joining New Directions.
New Directions have been excellent in finding my placements that I really enjoy and getting me into the same schools, so I have built a relationship with teachers and pupils. I was nervous about working for an agency, as I didn’t know what to expect since recently qualifying. New Directions made the whole process clear and easy for me to register and within days of getting my registration done I was in my first placement.
