I have worked with New Directions Education since 2014 across a number of different settings, in long term posts and day to day bookings. They have always been able to find me work, whether I need full or part time hours. Having regular work makes them easy to recommend. The free training courses I have attended are always well delivered.
My account manager is always very friendly and helpful.

I have been working for New Directions for the last 4/5 years and have received continuous work from the outset. If I ever have an issue I just make a call and my problem is solved, lucky enough I don’t make many calls. My highlight of working with New Directions is my long term position with the college. I would definitely recommend working for New Directions. Thank you for looking after me.

I began working with New Directions Education in December 2014 and in almost two years, there has only ever been one or two weeks where I have not have any day to day bookings. Shortly after joining I was successful in a long term position where I have worked since, I would recommend New Directions as they have done everything they can to ensure I have work. I am really appreciative of the service provided.
My account manager is always helpful, approachable and if I have had any issues she has dealt with them promptly. The ALN team as a whole are also very helpful if I have called and spoken to them.

I joined New Directions Education for Learning Support Assistant work in October 2015. I was recommended to register by a friend who was already completing agency work with them. It was easy to register and I have since had work offered to me on a daily basis. The positives for me have been the variety of Schools I have had the opportunity to work in. I have also attended free training courses that have enhanced my knowledge and skill set, such as Manual Handling and Team Teach.
My account manager helps me to find work on a day to day basis. My experience working with her has been a positive one, she always has an ‘up beat’ attitude and is very easy to communicate with. If I have any questions or concerns, she always answers them.

I have been working for New Directions Education for two years and took a six month break earlier this year, returning in May 2015.
My account manager is excellent, I have regular contact with her and she is always very professional and reliable. I am always happy with the work that I receive and believe that she does the best job possible in order to place me in Schools. Even though my long term position has come to an end, she still tries to find suitable work for me. There are odd occasions when work has had to be cancelled due to Schools change of need but my Account Manager does her best to find other work for me. I find new directions extremely reliable and would like to thank them for all of the recent work.

I began working with New Directions Education in April 2016 and the highlights so far have been working in different schools, meeting new people and learning new skills.
My account manager tries really hard to get me as much work as possible and communicates with me regularly. She is easily reached through telephone and email and gives me information on the School or setting I will be working in. When I have been in a School, she gives me feedback on my performance.

I began LSA work with New Directions in January 2016 on a day to day basis, I found the opportunities of being able to work in different schools and different settings very beneficial and rewarding. I went in to a long term position in March 2016 working as a one to one support, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. This placement has given me more experience.
My account manager has been good overall. She is very helpful in terms of helping to find work and will wait for your response when offering work, rather than giving it to someone else, as some other agencies do. When we have spoken she has made sure that everything with school placement is ok. If I have any queries, she will respond to them as quickly as she can, therefore making it an easy relationship.
