I have worked for New Directions for 17 years now, both full time and more recently on an intermittent basis. Throughout this time I have always found all of my contact with the company to be courteous, friendly, helpful and professional.

Over the last few years however, I have found my Account Manager in particular, to be the best ND contact person I have dealt with yet. In addition to the above qualities, I have found him to be especially proactive and reliable in getting me work. He is friendly, approachable, and regularly in contact. He also understands my desire to get as much work as possible and is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that this happens .

With New Directions I have never felt any pressure to be available at all times. Whether you want to work a little or a lot, or if there are any locations or times you don’t want to work, this is never held against you, so the level of service provided always remains the same with ND staff working enthusiastically and energetically on your behalf. I feel that I have a great working relationship with my Account Manager. She ensures I have work every week. She is very honest and open with me and is easy to talk to. I always revive my text notifications to confirm my work and I will also receive a phone call to see how I am and further confirming my work placement. Through New Directions I have made so many connections with different schools. It has given me insight to what I’m hoping to do in the future. My highlight however has to be working for one school in particular, I really enjoy working there and it’s such a great school with friendly staff and great students.
