How did you hear about New Directions?
I relocated and searched 2 agencies to sign up with. New Directions were rated highly and turned out to be more efficient and organised.
Was it easy to register?
Easy and friendly process. I was quickly set up on their system and ready to work.
How have you found your experience with New Directions? How did we help you find work?
I have never had a day without work since working for New Directions. Most of the time I have known where I am working, for the rest of the week saving the stress and uncertainty of not knowing where you are going to be working on a day to day basis. New directions staff listen carefully to your preferences in terms of distance you would like to travel, schools you would like to teach in and subject strengths making the experience a lot more enjoyable. I have had two long term positions through New Directions which I have both really enjoyed and am grateful for New Directions putting me forwards for.
The results achieved
In all the time I have worked with New Directions, there has not been a day I have not had work.
Why were we the best choice for helping you find work?
More organised than other agencies, well known and respected by my local schools.
Is there anything outstanding your account manager did?
Put me forward for a job interview I would never have applied for (SEN) but which I thoroughly enjoyed. The account manager also keeps in contact to make sure you are enjoying where you work. Even when you have work, they keep you in mind for future jobs and have a vested interest in your career.

I have been working for New Directions for the past year and have thorouhgly enjoyed it. I have an excellent open relationship with my account manager, who is always reliable and honest in all his dealings with me and I have consistently been given regular work in a number of different schools
As an ex headteacher myself, I would definitely reccomend New Directions from both a client and candidate perspective as I have found them to be a very efficient and reliable agency.

I have worked with New Directions Education since September 2016 and I would recommend working with the ALN team. I have been in a long term position, working one to one and I have developed new skills during this placement. I am also offered places on training courses, which is a great opportunity for me.
My account manager is an excellent communicator, enthusiastic and reliable. If there is ever a slight problem, it is always resolved quickly. The rest of the ALN team are always helpful too.

I have worked with New Directions Education for almost a year. My account manager is brilliant! She has found me two long term placements and is very reliable. Before my long term placements, when I was doing day to day work, she would keep in touch and let me know as soon as work became available. She has been amazing.
The highlight of working with New Directions Education is being able to go to different School settings, meet new people and work with different age groups of pupils.

I joined New Directions around two months ago and have been very impressed from day one. The initial application and interview process was both easy and suitably thorough for working with children. The relationship I now have with my account manager grows and strengthens everyday. She is incredibly professional and achieves that rare balance of understanding my own needs and encouraging me to develop within my role as an LSA.

I started working with New Directions last November and I would continue to do so if it wasn’t for the perfect reason to leave, New Directions helped me find a direct placement with a school!.
Since day one the Liverpool team have been nothing but really supportive, their work is impeccable and they will go to extra mile to ensure you are happy and you find the right place for you.
Since I started last year, I was never out of work, and they liaise with a range of primary and secondary schools, covering positions for teachers, TAs and cover supervisors. After being in different placements, they helped me find a position as a teacher in a school for a long cover and after a few months there, I’m going to be employed directly by the school covering a maternity leave.
5 stars for New Directions Education Liverpool and thanks a lot for your help.
