I get 99% of my work through my Account Manager. He has been a great manager because he is very easy to talk to and I know he’s at the end of the phone if there is ever a problem. I have very regular contact with him because of the amount of work he gives me, he has assigned me to fab schools and goes out of his way to assign me to schools which I have really enjoyed which is much appreciated.

It has been a great experience working with New Directions, a few highlights for me, in particular is the amount of work im getting so I am actually having to turn down work because of family commitments. I have been assigned to some really lovely schools with such supportive and welcoming staff and it is so nice to be asked to return.

I would highly recommend New Directions. I went into supply teaching after a short career break and was very wary after being in my last teaching position for over 10 years. In fact, I got that job while I was working as a supply teacher for them in a school I was assigned to regularly. Our Account Manager is a great point of contact. He speaks to me at least three times a week keeping me up to date with various different work opportunities. He is excellent at obtaining work for me and listens when I have concerns about any placement. He makes me feel part of a team which is very important when doing supply work, as quite often placements don’t look on you as a regular member of staff.
