I have been working as a Teaching Assistant for New Directions Education for over 10 years and during this time I have had a few account managers. However since just before the pandemic started Garth has been my only contact, he is an extremely helpful and competent person. I realize that he has been working from home but this has not hindered his ability to find me suitable placements and I have not felt that my health has been put at risk when returning to work within schools.
