I joined New Directions two years ago, along with two other Recruitment Agencies but chose to work with another agency as I preferred their communication style. However I chose to work primarily with New Directions six months ago as I appreciated Sian, my Account Managers communication style. She is flexible and takes account of individual preferences. This resulted in me being unable to submit a time sheet for all the days worked by the end of the week. Like many, I have bills to pay, so insuring I get paid correctly is important.

Rebecca has always dealt with these issues quickly and made it as hassle free as possible for myself.

Rebecca has excellent interpersonal skills and is extremely approachable. If I have any questions, she is always the first person I wish to contact.
