I have been registered with New Directions now for some 5 years or so since I qualified from college and during this time I have found the service provided by the company faultless.

The staff are always very cheerful and extremely helpful.

The Online service New Directions provides to employees is very easy to use and offers access to all areas on a 24 hour basis. I can control and confirm my availability on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, book holidays, check and confirm work carried out on my timesheet each week, print my payslips and P60’s for my own personal records and much more.

I have been able to complete training online and also attend training courses free of charge to help with my work commitments.

I heard about New Directions from a supply teacher when I was on my first fixed term contract at a primary school in Ceredigion, West Wales.  The registration process was straight forward and simple. I emailed my first agent and went for an interview the following week. My time with New Directions has been great and very successful since moving to Liverpool. The team have helped me find work by keeping me updated on the phone about schools who would like me to work for them. I now have many local schools who request me and am currently working at a school on a long-term assignment. I’ve been working as a level 3 Teaching Assistant for about 2 years now and in that time have worked for three different Cardiff based agencies overlapping. New Directions Education, being by far the best one to work for as they seem to be the busiest. I have been working with New Directions for many years now, the last two years I have been working directly with Laura, and she has been fantastic.

Laura is a very approachable person and any questions I may have I do not hesitate to ask her, as I know she will respond to them the best she can. Laura has found me long term work and this is the second year I have been working in the same school. Even though I have long term work, Laura will still contact me regularly just to check if everything is going well. She will provide any important information that I need to be aware of, as soon as she can let me know, by call, text, voicemail, e-mail.

Before I had a long term placement in a school, Laura did her best to find me work and has never failed even in the quieter periods. She is an overall lovely, caring, professional person who I take great pleasure in working with and I know at any point if I have any issues I know I could always give her a ring.

My Highlight of working with New Directions is that since the moment I signed up with them, I have never failed to have work. They are an extremely reliable company to work for and would recommend them to everybody! I have a fantastic relationship with the New Directions team and also the many schools I have worked in! My name is Colin, I started working for New Directions in February 2015. I was interviewed by my Account Manager who took me step by step through the process of joining the company. I was very nervous for my initial position as a Caretaker but my Account Manager always reassured me through text/emails and phone calls, which is part of the reason I have continued my current employment with the company. I have always found her to be Courteous and very professional. I am registered with two other agencies in Cardiff but I would recommend anyone to work for New Directions because in my opinion they are clearly the preferred agency from my experience.
