I have recently signed up with New Directions and have enjoyed most of the placements I have been assigned. Some schools have requested me to go back which makes me feel I’ve achieved a good rapport. Some cancellations have occurred but they have been addressed by Shannon my account manager who always tries to replace any shifts that schools may have cancelled at the last minute.

New directions have always found me a KS1 class to cover on the three days I am free to work. Shannon always places me in schools of my choice and in classes were they benefit from my skills.

Highlight of working with New Directions: I have loved working with New Directions more than any other agency because they do get me work as much as they can. Other agencies say they could get me work, but did they ever…no! New Directions understand I can only work in certain areas of Cardiff because I don’t have a car of my own so getting to certain schools would not be possible. So they get me as much work as possible close to where I live which I am grateful for. Also New Directions know that I prefer I to work with a certain age group so they try their best to get me work in that age group.
