I am very happy with the service New Directions provide. New Directions cover at short notice and give us reliable and professional staff to cover our classes. When we have had last minute sickness my account manager Shannon knows which teachers we would like to come in. This is one of the main reasons we use New Directions as the children have continuity with the same teachers and the teachers are able to have peace of mind knowing who is taking their class and that work will be completed.

New Directions follow up with problems or when cover needs to be organised, even when I have forgotten. They also do not bother us with morning calls as they know we prefer to call them when we need cover.

New Directions is our Supply Agency of choice at Birchgrove Primary school. We have established very good working relationships with the staff at the agency.

We are always keen to find Teaching Assistants who are a good “fit” with our school and New Directions have worked with us to do just that and have sourced appropriate cover when needed. New Directions are also particularly helpful at finding us staff at short notice for unexpected absences.

New Directions have often juggled our requirements and sought appropriate solutions to problems we have which has meant continuity for our school and the staff show discretion and understanding when we are sent staff who we may not wish to use again, They are always open to feedback about the staff they send us – whether it is good or bad.

My designated account manager is always available to talk, I would say that we talk at least 2/3 times a day. Dan is very open and honest when it comes to all bookings and I have every confidence that my feed back is passed on to the candidates appropriately. New Directions resource pool is vast and on most occasions our needs are met with strong support staff. New Directions are our preferred supplier of education staff due to there competitive rates, large resource pool and AWR management procedures and, as a result, I would strongly reccomend them.
