Supply staff are of a high standard and New Directions comply with all legislations and meet our needs. Our Account Manager is very professional and helpful and he will ring at least once a week to ask if we are happy with everything and will ask for feedback on the supply teachers. The Account Manager seeks out the best person for the job and goes above and beyond to get us our preferred teacher even if it means rearranging the supply bookings to accomodate us. Any problems are smoothed out quickly and efficiently and I would be happy to recommend New Directions to other schools.
