If I haven’t used them for a while, we still get a phone call to see if everything is alright.

If she is unable to provide supply cover she will be honest with you as soon as you speak to her so that you can contact other supply agencies. I contact her on a regular basis and try to plan out my supply requests in advance so that I have continuous cover when required, and provide as much notice as possible.  The highlight of working with New Directions is that they are always friendly and helpful.
