I have been using New Directions since September 2010 for all of my supply needs. I have always found New Directions to be professional, efficient and reliable. My Account Manger  has an excellent understanding of the school and the staff that I require. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to any other schools.

New Directions are very different from other agencies, they offer a lot more than just supply teachers and competitive prices. The company have helped out the school with charity events and helped with sponsorships. They have also hired the school out  a penalty shoot  for free of charge just as thank you for the school using them for supply. This is available for any time we wish to use it and the student thoroughly enjoy it. I would always encourage other schools to try New Directions as I have never looked back since I gave them a try.

There are of course a number of supply agencies available in the area, but in my view none with such a commitment to providing good service, and a willingness to listen to the customer’s needs than New Directions Education.

Our Account Manager at New Directions took the time to listen carefully to what we needed in the way of specific 1-1 support and matched this very well to the skill-sets her candidates had. In the event of their being unavailable, she responded quickly and efficiently providing cover and ringing to check that everything was OK.

In order to support her candidates, and therefore provide the school with excellent service, she has visited the school on a number of occasions and mentored the candidate personally, calling upon her own personal experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
