My Account Manager is amazing! Ella Blythen always provides me with work and is always updating me on any upcoming placements.

She boosts my confidence and believes in me which is great. With many companies, you just feel like a number but Ella makes you feel really appreciated. She’s professional but also understanding and talks to you in such a friendly manner. For example; if she knows you had an exam in university or something, you can guarantee she will ask how you got on, that’s what I love about Ella being my Account Manager. She is approachable at all times.

Throughout the COVID-19 situation, she has kept me up to date with all the information that she has had. If she was unable to answer queries, she has been open and honest about it. Not giving false hope to an already difficult situation. I have been furloughed for the duration of the COVID-19 period and she has been extremely helpful in providing me with information about it.

I have also been working on long term, in the same school. Chloe has made contact on a fortnightly basis to touch base and confirm that all is well.

I have worked with several different supply agencies over the past few years and New Directions Education have been the most consistent with work and opportunities.
