My Account Manager is always contactable via phone or e-mail, she is pro active about finding work for me in advance, she makes it easy for me to express how I have felt about places of work and always checks how I have got on in new placements. She regularly checks I haven’t got any issues and will help work around any commitments I have. My highlight of working with New Directions is consistent communication meaning I have been able to maintain a full working schedule.

New Directions have made finding a job so easy. I had applied for numerous jobs directly as a teaching assistant before signing up with the agency and was never able to gain a job that way. After a year of long term agency work in a school I have now just been given a contract at the school meaning I will now be employed by the council.
