It is with great pleasure I am writing this letter to provide a reference for my account manager.
I have found New Directions invaluable and professional thanks to my account manager, before I enrolled with New Directions I was unemployed for 6 months due to redundancy resulting in having no self confidence and focus. I was provided with excellent step by step support and provided constant work from the moment I had joined. Her communication is very polite and understanding, also never failed to return my calls or answer any queries I may have. My account manager also makes sure I’m matched for each school with providing me all necessary information about schools and my requests are always met. New Directions has given me self confidence back and reassurance, I feel as though alot of this is down to my account manager an her excellent support I had received during my difficult time.

It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for my Account Manager.  I have had the pleasure of viewing my Account Managers professional development over the past 7 months and I can state with confidence that she is an extremely motivated and responsible person with a high degree of integrity.  As such, she is one of the main reasons myself and the school decided to return to New Directions.

I have found her an adept communicator with strong leadership qualities.  My Account Manager has demonstrated the ability to manage multiple tasks and accomplish goals efficiently.  I believe that she will have great success in her future endeavors.

I fell she always displays a responsible attitude toward her work and seems to demand a great deal of herself to ensure that she performs any task professionally.  I’ve only known her since November last year, but I feel she is someone I can always trust.  She is always there for me at the end of a telephone and has helped me through some tough situations.  We wouldn’t really use any another agency company.

I have worked for New Directions since April 2014 and have regular contact with my account manager, either phone calls or text messages on most days, offering me placements of work and checking my availability. I have found her to be very friendly and to have a professional and approachable manner in her work. If I have any worries or queries and she is unavailable, I leave a message for her and she always replies back to these messages straight away with an answer to the queries. I have met my account manager in school and it was lovely to put a face to a voice. She has also made sure that I am aware of any training available to me and offered me places on the courses. Since working with New Directions and my account manager I now feel that I have a selection of regular schools for supply work and that she is readily available at the end of the phone to speak to.

I have always found my account manager to be professional, polite and warm. She not only only goes out of her way to find me work, but looks for work that is suitable to me as an individual. As a non-driver, it can be difficult for me to get to bookings, she always takes this into account and is incredibly understanding if I ever have to turn down work. As a result New Directions is a company that I feel comfortable in recommending to other teachers. Since joining New Directions I have been very busy with teaching work and I am very grateful for the wide range of schools she has sent me to. My account manager is very very helpful and I know I can contact her with any queries. I have extended my skills whilst working in the role by working with a pupil with Verbal Dyspraxia. New Directions Education are a fantastic agency to work for, I have been working with them since September 2015. I have been given work in schools all year round including several long term placements, as well as having the flexibility to turn some down, which is ideal. My account manager is genuinely the loveliest supervisor I have ever had, and she has continually supported me and found me work throughout the year, and helped me with any problems I have had along the way. She is an absolute gem and I don’t know what I would do without her. The online system New Directions has for logging timesheets and holidays is really easy to use and comes in really handy for planning your work schedule. I don’t think there is a better agency out there.

I have worked with New Directions for nearly 2 years. I find my Account Manager really friendly and I am able to talk to him if I have a problem. He knows that I need work close by or need a day or more notice if it isn’t close enough to get a lift. If I’m in a new school, my Account Manager always rings to see If I enjoyed it and even if I have long term work, he rings to see if I’m still enjoying the school.

My favourite aspect of working with New Directions is that I’m able to pick what days I want to work and also able to book any time off if needed.
