I recently signed up with New Directions to obtain work as a supply LSA/SEN. They were very thorough and prompt in processing my paperwork. Throughout the process of signing up I was always kept up to date as to what stage I was at. I then had a phone call from my Account Manager who offered me a six week placement at a school. I have emailed my Account Manager on numerous occasions with questions and she always responds immediately to my questions. On the times I have spoken to her, she is always friendly and helpful. Having worked for New Directions over the past year I have always found the staff extremely helpful and reliable. I have my own dedicated account manager and he keeps in regular contact and is working ‘for me’ aiming to get me as much regular work as I want. He constantly keeps me informed of what is available and always passes on any feedback from schools which I find very helpful.

For me, the highlight of working for New Directions is the regular employment within one school which has resulted in me obtaining a permanent contract.
