I am always offered work to me when available. I have been offered work closer to home, as I don’t currently drive. When I contact New Directions regarding anything at all, I am immediately given an answer, which is fab.

Working for new directions has given me greater insight into working with a range of different schools in the area.

They are reliable efficient and supportive and I recommend them.

My accounts manager is fantastic. She ensures I get every opportunity of work and informs me of every step, via email text and phone. She updates my time sheets on my online portal and replies to queries and questions straight away. She is extremely efficient organised and approachable. I can rely on her for work everyday and she is always looking for new opportunities for me.

I have enjoyed working for New Directions and having someone like I do as my Account Manager, it is easy to contact him and discuss any queries that I have. There has been constant work in various schools which has been a great experience. Never any second thoughts when ringing my Account Manager to ask him anything and he is very understanding. It is a pleasure to speak him on the phone although I have never met him in person. Whenever attending a new school he would ring at the end of the day to see how it went.
