In 2014 I was looking for a job as a qualified person who was feeling upset because I was far from my dream job. Then, an ESOL Teacher introduced New Directions to me as a great agency to start with. So I went there and staff were very helpful because I have not had some of my documents available but they resolved my problems efficiently. Then I was ready to receive regular work from them.

One day, my line manager called me if I would like to apply for a short-term contract in CAVC –  I applied for it and I got the job through the agency. Then I applied for the permanent job in the college after a term and currently I am working in the college as a permanent staff.

I would just like to say that I am very grateful to you for all the hard work and effort you put in to ensure that when TA supply cover is required at Pentrechwyth Primary School, either for short term or long term placements, it is provided to the best of your ability – even where your staffing levels can prove an issue.

You have always taken into account the feedback that I have provided as a HT regarding the cover that you have put in place and honoured this where there has been occasions where I may not want a member of staff to return or more importantly where a TA cover has excelled and I would like them to be our first option.

I know that I can phone you at any time to discuss possible cover options particularly when I require more long term TA cover – you have always been open and honest about the experiences and qualifications that the TAs you currently employ have and whether you feel they would be appropriate for my school. This is always much appreciated.
