FREE Cover Supervisor Course in North Wales
Our team in Wrexham are running two FREE courses in January for staff looking to enhance or learn new skills as a Cover Supervisor. This course is delivered by retired secondary Headteacher Rob Ratcliffe. The courses will run on January 7th at Ysgol Clywedog and 4th January at Argoed High School. The session will cover the following:
• Understanding the role and responsibilities
• Working effectively with teachers
• Classroom Management
• Behaviour management
• Skills and Knowledge
• Policies and Procedures
• Classic ‘PLEASE Dos’ and ‘PLEASE DON’Ts’
• Additional Needs Awareness – general tips
• 10 key skills
