New Directions Education are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply French Teachers to work with secondary schools across Harrogate and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified MFL teachers who love the flexibility of supply work while still making a real difference in the classroom.
What You’ll Do
-Deliver engaging and effective French lessons to KS3–KS4 students
-Use your creativity to inspire a love of languages
-Adapt to different school settings and classroom environments
-Manage behaviour in line with school policies
-Support students’ learning and progress with confidence and enthusiasm
About You
-We’re looking for someone who is:
-A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with specialism in French
-Confident teaching across KS3 and KS4
-Positive, adaptable, and able to deliver high‑quality lessons at short notice
-Passionate about languages and supporting young people
-Able to provide an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one through New Directions)
