We’re currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across schools in the Birmingham City area.
This role involves providing 1:1 or small group support, helping pupils feel confident, supported, and able to engage with learning throughout the school day.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be supporting pupils in line with their EHCPs, which may include:
Helping pupils stay engaged with classroom activities
Supporting communication and social interaction
Assisting with emotional regulation and routines
Providing reassurance and encouragement
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

The details
Location: Birmingham City area Hours: Full-time / Part-timeoptions available Pay: £92.63 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
You’ll be working through a SEND-specialist education agency that focuses on matching the right people to the right settings.
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
