The Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to raise attainment and confidence.
Assist in planning and delivering targeted interventions.
Promote positive behaviour and create an engaging learning environment.
Support teachers in ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
We Are Looking For
HLTA status or equivalent relevant experience.
Recent experience working within a primary school setting.
Confidence in leading whole-class learning activities.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
A commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
