Job Description

Are you seeking a long-term SEND Teaching Assistant role?

We are working with an all-age SEND school setting in the Redditch area who are seeking several SEND Teaching Assistants, due to a large cohort increase from September 2026

We are looking for individuals with a passion for SEND support and have experience from either classroom-based settings, residential, support work, care work or similar – this opportunity will enable you to grow and be part of a team where they pride themselves on a community feeling for students and staff alike!

We are looking for individuals who put care and passion for SEND support at the heart of what they do!

These roles will all be long-term, starting immediately or September 2026, where you will be given access to training and support from day one! These positions can go permanent at the school’s discretion, offering a chance to progress and the school are believers of promoting & training from within, allowing you to build a career!

These vacancies pay on a weekly basis, via our internal PAYE system, based on a daily rate from £92.63 to £101.03 dependent on experience & qualifications.
