£500-£550 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
New Directions Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the M3 area of Manchester for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team from September.
This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity, ideal for a confident HLTA who enjoys taking on responsibility, supporting teaching and learning across the school, and making a positive impact on pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND.

The Ideal Candidate
Holds a recognised HLTA qualification (L3 TA or above) or has relevant experience working at HLTA level within a primary school.
Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and can adapt learning to meet individual needs.
Is confident leading small groups, covering classes when required, and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
