The Role
As a Newly Qualified Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with school staff, parents and carers to support pupil development.
Build valuable classroom experience across a range of local schools.
We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or teachers due to achieve QTS.
A passion for inspiring young learners.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A flexible, positive and proactive approach.
A commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning.
