The Role
As a Newly Qualified Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.
Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff and parents to promote pupil achievement.
Build experience across a variety of welcoming and supportive Cardiff schools.
We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or teachers due to achieve QTS.
A genuine passion for teaching and helping children succeed.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
