What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

– Experience working with SEMH, SEND or challenging behaviour is desirable

– A resilient, patient and compassionate approach

– Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

– A passion for helping vulnerable young people succeed

– Ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners who may be disengaged from education
