Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years?
We are working with a welcoming primary school in the Wirral area that is looking to appoint a qualified Teaching Assistant to support within their Early Years setting from September.
This is a fantastic part-time, mornings-only opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to play an important role in supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.
The Role
Supporting children within an EYFS setting
Assisting with play-based learning and classroom activities
Supporting children’s communication, social and emotional development
Working alongside the class teacher and wider Early Years team
Helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Level 2 qualification or higher is essential
Relevant qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning
Recent experience working with young children
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting children’s early development
