We’re recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across primary schools in Ellesmere Port from September 2026, with opportunities for regular supply work throughout the academic year.

The Role
Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on your experience and preference
Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Maintaining a positive learning environment and high expectations
Adapting confidently to different schools and classroom environments
What We’re Looking For
QTS / ECT status
Recent primary teaching experience through placements or previous roles
A passion for teaching and supporting children’s learning
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to develop your teaching practice
