New Directions Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to work in schools across Winsford. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting students throughout their primary education.
We work with a range of welcoming and supportive schools, offering day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.
Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.
Due to the location of some schools, a full driving licence and access to transport would be beneficial.
• Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback where required
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
• Contributing to the wider school community where required
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and the primary curriculum
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A full driving licence and access to transport (beneficial)
