The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils thrive both academically and personally. You will work closely with teachers and the wider school team to create a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils with their learning and development.
Working with individuals and small groups to help them reach their potential.
Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence.
Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
Supporting pupils who may require additional guidance or encouragement.
Building positive relationships with children, staff and families.

You will ideally have:
Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or educational setting.
A caring, patient and supportive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
The enthusiasm to help every child achieve their best.
