The Role
Full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant role
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs
Working alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff
Providing both classroom and one-to-one support

Key Responsibilities
Support pupils in managing their emotions and behaviour effectively
Build positive and trusting relationships with students
Assist in delivering learning activities and interventions
Promote engagement, attendance, and participation in lessons

Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remains calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations
