Job Description

Here at New directions, we require an LSA that is experience within ALN, you will be working in a school within the Caerphilly Borough with children between the ages of 3-19 with a range of additional learning needs. Where no day will be the same

This is a demanding but rewarding job where you will be required to

• Assist the teacher in the day to day running of the classroom
• Includes some personal care
• Support pupils with Severe and Multiple learning difficulties
• Adjust learning styles to individual needs
• May include administering medicines
