We are currently recruiting reliable, confident, and flexible Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Leeds on a supply basis. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced support staff, or anyone with strong classroom presence and a passion for working with young people.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver pre‑prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Manage behaviour in line with school policies
Support pupils with learning where required
Adapt quickly to different school settings
Requirements:
Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
Ability to engage and motivate learners
Experience working with young people (youth work, tutoring, coaching, schools, or similar)
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
