The Role
Flexible full-time and part-time Cover Supervisor opportunities available
Supervising classes across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5 in the absence of the regular teacher
Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a range of secondary school environments
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-set work and maintain a purposeful learning atmosphere
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support pupils in completing tasks and engaging positively with their learning
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience working with young people, ideally within a school setting
Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
Is adaptable, professional, and confident leading classes independently
Brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude to every placement
