Do you have experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs? Do you have a passion for making a difference to the lives of young people? At New Directions, we have partnered with four Sandwell & Walsall based SEND schools seeking additional Learning Support Assistant’s, this can be on a full-time, part-time or reduced hours basis.
The school is keen to find the right individuals who are enthusiastic, inspired and determined to make a difference – they have a few staffing gaps and due to this can work the hours of work flexibly.
Due to flexibility, the school pays the equivalent of from £14.24 per hour, which is paid on a weekly basis.
You will need to have previous SEND related experience for a minimum of 6 months to be considered for these vacancies. You will be supported with access to full training provided as part of your onboarding process.
