The Role
Delivering pre‑prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a variety of subjects
Maintaining positive behaviour and ensuring smooth classroom routines
Supporting pupils with their learning, answering questions and keeping them engaged
Managing transitions, settling classes and promoting a calm, focused environment
Following school policies and reporting any concerns to relevant staff
Providing consistency and reliability across the timetable
What You Need
Previous experience working in teaching
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Confidence delivering lessons outside your specialist subject
A flexible, proactive approach and ability to adapt quickly
