General Teaching Assistant, Flintshire

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team in Flintshire on a supply basis. As a General Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities
• Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support classroom management and behaviour strategies
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
