New Directions Education is seeking passionate and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) who have ICT experience , to join our supply team, working in primary schools across Cardiff. As a key member of the classroom team, you’ll support teachers, lead learning sessions, support the children in ICT lessons and help pupils achieve their potential across a variety of subjects and settings. This will be a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 3:30pm daily.
Requirements: HLTA qualification or equivalent Level 4 teaching assistant certificate Recent classroom experience (paid or voluntary) Strong communication and organisational skills An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through New Directions) The ability to adapt to different settings and support students with diverse needs
