Job Description

We’re currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across schools in the Black Country area (DY4).

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with pupils who may need a little extra support to engage with learning. Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, depending on the needs of the school.

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
• Helping students stay focused and engaged in lessons
• Providing encouragement, reassurance, and structure
• Assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils in line with their individual learning needs

• Experience in education, SEN, care, or support work
• Patient, reliable, and positive individuals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in supporting young people

Formal qualifications are beneficial but not essential.

The details

Location: Black Country, DY4
Hours: Full-time / Part-time options available
Pay: £92.63 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

You’ll be working through a SEND-specialist education recruitment agency, placing you into schools where your support can make a real impact.

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
