Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a part-time opportunity this autumn? A welcoming primary school in West Kirby is looking for an LSA to join their Year 3 classroom from October through to Christmas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LSA who enjoys supporting children with their learning and helping them build confidence in the classroom.
About the Role
Supporting pupils within a Year 3 classroom
Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team
Providing support during lessons and independent activities
Working with individuals and small groups where required
Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils with their academic and personal development
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working as an LSA, TA or within a primary school setting
Experience supporting pupils within KS2 would be desirable
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Someone who is proactive and confident supporting children
A genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their potential
