This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who enjoys supporting children with their learning and development and wants to become a valued member of a school team.
About the Role
Supporting pupils within a Year 3 classroom
Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team
Supporting individuals and small groups with their learning
Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in the classroom
Encouraging independence and positive learning behaviours
Supporting classroom activities and routines
Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, LSA or within a primary school
Experience within KS2 would be desirable
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Someone who is proactive, reliable and confident supporting pupils
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
