About the Roles
We are recruiting PE Teachers to cover:
Day‑to‑day supply: flexible, varied work across multiple schools
Short‑term placements: 1–6 weeks
Long‑term roles: full timetable responsibility, potential for temp‑to‑perm
You will deliver planned PE lessons, lead practical sessions, manage behaviour effectively, and create a positive learning environment that promotes teamwork, participation, and physical development.
What You’ll Be Doing
Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Leading practical lessons in sports such as football, rugby, netball, athletics, and more
Ensuring safe use of equipment and high‑quality lesson delivery
Inspiring students to engage and achieve in physical activity
Maintaining strong behaviour management in line with school policies
Taking part in extracurricular sessions where required (long‑term roles)
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant FE qualification
Experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting
Strong classroom and behaviour‑management skills
A proactive, adaptable approach — ideal for supply teaching
Enthusiasm for promoting physical fitness, health, and wellbeing
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Newly qualified and experienced teachers are welcome.
