The Role
As a Supply Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning.
Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
Assist pupils with varying learning needs, including those with SEND where required.
Help prepare classroom resources and support day-to-day classroom activities.
Adapt quickly to different school environments while maintaining high standards of support.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with primary-aged children from EYFS to KS2 in a school, nursery, or similar setting.
A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
Relevant qualifications (such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
