As a Primary ECT, you will:

What We’re Looking For
–Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or expected for September 2026)
-A passion for primary education and pupil progress
-Strong classroom management and communication skills
-A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
-A commitment to ongoing development and learning as an ECT
