About the Role
Teaching a Year 3 class from Wednesday to Friday
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching where required
Building strong relationships with pupils and the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 3
Strong classroom management skills
A creative and engaging approach to teaching
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
