New Directions Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to work in schools across Nantwich. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy working in a variety of school settings and are confident delivering high-quality lessons across the primary age range.

Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.
The Role:
• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
• Providing high-quality teaching for day-to-day or longer-term cover
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback where required
• Working collaboratively with school staff and support teams
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The flexibility and confidence to work across different year groups
• A proactive and professional approach
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and the primary curriculum
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
