As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative and age-appropriate lessons.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Support the academic, social and emotional development of pupils.
Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Encourage a love of learning and help every child reach their potential.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
The ability to adapt teaching to meet individual pupils’ needs.
A positive, flexible and professional approach.
